It’s not necessary but I am using AN fittings where ever possible.


The brake lines from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve will have to wait for the cab for proper fit.






Stainless braided flex lines such as this will be used instead of rubber hoses and clamps. Much cleaner IMO.


I thought I’d share a few pics of the progress I have made with the truck. I would say there is a small glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel as far as the chassis goes. A couple more lines, shocks, rear brakes, and a drag link and this stage of the project is done... The cab is next.

A clean frame with new lines is always a nice sight. Glad to see you're still at it!
