Fading Brake Update
I am so happy to report, that after 3 yrs of dealing with the fading brake pedal and replacing almost everything in the dam brake circuit, that it is finally fixed! It was the HCU block. I took a chance and bought a used one of ebay and installed it today....I finally have the brake pedal ive been tryig to get back! No more braking when coming down a hill and thinkning your not going to stop! Hoooray! I did start taking the old block apart by cutting, grinding...etc...just to see what its made like and what it is that fails....not that it could be replaced, but just for knowing!

........Thats what started this whole mess.....I did a fluid change via a vacumn bleeder, and ever since then i had the issue. I am so glad its fixed and i didnt have to pay for a new one at the dealership!

For the slow among us (Me), what is the/a HCU Block? Is it the block that one of the main lines off of the master cylinder feeds? Kinda a splitter between the left and right side front brakes? Or is it for all four wheels? Thanks in advance.
