So I want to paint my grill black and I need to fix my bumpers. The guy who owned it before me painted the bumpers black with bed liner I think but didn't prep at all so it's peeling. After I scrape and prep, what should I use to paint them with? I was originally thinking PlastiDip but now I'm not sure. What would be the most durable? Do I need any kind of primer?

It all depends on what you have equipment wise.
If you have a compressor, spray gun, supplies and know how to do factory paint that is the way I would go.
You will need to use a flex prep before painting being it is plastic.
Other wise a quick peel & prep (sand) and use the plastic coat.

I plasti-dipped a fox a few years ago , did it flat black on the factory paint , all i did was wash it really good and wiped it down with simple green and rattle canned it , came out awesome for doing it in a carport and for 85 $ it can make a car look 10x better , i like plasti dip because if you dont like it , peel it off and re do it , if you want a different color just shoot the vehicle again , the thicker the dip the easier it is to take off , and on the bright side its completely temporary or not , mine lasted about 3 years before it was noticeably fading and I washed the car religiously . Just my opinion
