^^^. Exactly right. That’s the only way to compare real prices. It simplifies negotiation and eliminates ability for dealers to play games.

My last two trucks have been factory ordered. In this case, I had planned to do that but am also in a position where I am willing to settle on some features, and figured I might be able to find an inventory "deal".
The dealer with the Platinum claims they can come VERY close to what this non-negotiable dealer wanted for the Lariat, so I guess we'll see.
