Maybe go with hydraulic clutch setup? Or just work out the geometry.

That is not a very common engine swap for these trucks so I don't think that you are going to get the kind of answer that you are looking for. This will be a one-off fabrication effort so if you have the skills then get on with it...if not, then it is time to find a local shop who can fabricate it for you. Good luck...

The best answer is to put a Ford Y Block engine back in the truck.

But if you insist then Speedway, Jegs and others all carry hanging pedals and hydraulic linkages.
