I've got a 2003 3.0 XLT 5sp manual that's got an issue when it's damp/rainy out.
(This is related to another thread where it stalls out until warm)
This morning, I cranked it over, and it would NOT start...
crankkk craaaank.......it took several cycles of cranking until she finally fired up.
So, I'm wondering: since I inherited this truck and don;t know it's repair history, I'm
thinking perhaps I might start with plugs, wires, air filter etc
BUT, would either of those cause such an incredible difficult time starting?
I'm assuming it's related to the thread where it stalls out when I try & take off, until it's fully warmed up..
BTW, it seems to go just fine without issue when it's FULLY warmed up..
