Front end pop
A couple of days ago my father was driving his 99 f-250 4x4. After taking a right hand turn he heard a loud pop from what he said came from the font end. Driving it down the road the truck has no problem getting up to speed once you touch the steering wheel the truck instantly darts to the left violently I might add.

Last week I had a sudden sound from my front end and truck pulled to the right slightly. Ended up being a destroyed wheel bearing.
Get the front end off the ground and turn the wheels, to see if bearings are shot/broken. Use a pry bar to check for broken front end components, like a ball joint.
