clicking from the front end

clicking from the front end
hey guys when i drive around 5 mph and turn left or right i hear something click in the front end, now i do have a little play when i jack the front end up and move the wheel back and forth, what do you guys think?

When you say move the wheel back and forth do you mean in and out on the hub or more like a wobble back and forth?
Could be tie rod ends when you turn there may be play in them and the click you hear is them moving at the joint.
