I read yesterday about the magnet should be centered on the CPS. I can't find it now but here is a picture of one of mine.
I guess I can remove the silicone and center the magnet and re-silicone.
Any opinions are and will be appreciated.
Thanks, Marvin
EDIT AGAIN--------------After removing all the silicone it looks as if it can't be moved. Seems to be inside molded plastic.

Reason: Link not working
I tried to crank the truck today and nothing, just turned over fast as usual. The RPM dial did register and continued to register as long as I was cranking. I believe the RPM needle moving is an indication that the CPS is OK-------Is this correct?

Yes, tach is driven by cps.
If you have obd2 dongle and torque pro check that hpop pressure can reach 500psi, the threshold pressure to crank.
Just as a test for a bad ICP sensor unplug it and try to crank.
Make sure the oil isn't low also no oil up top = no crank
