corrosion prevention when using methonal
so it turns out that there are reports of increase incidence of corrosion once you go over 50% mix of methonal.
so in researching this...it turns out there are additives designed to reduce corrosion and improve lube ...these additives originated in the alcohol racing world..but some of these products list that they are effective against methonal.

pretty in expensive since and ounce will treat 5 gallons which is the size of my methonal tank.
I bought some and it looks like it mixed well with my 50% mix. not sure how well it will mix with straight washer fluid which is only 30%.

I’m using it to cool engine, increase power, keep combustion and exhaust system clean
i was using a 30% mix due to concerns with corrosion propensity when using 50% or more...but since I found these corrosion /lube additives for alcohol burning engines and they indicate it works for methonal, I upped my mix to 50%.
