New Tires for the 2002 Excursion

The 265 Firestones are about ready to go. Leaving everything stock, can I upgrade to something like the BFG AT's in the 285 size without any issues?
If I'm not mistaken, the factory wheels are 16x7.

I just put BFG 295's on my 02 X. No problems....Love 'em.

I have 305's on mine. I rub ever so slightly on the leaf spring shackle.
