2150 Carb leaking/whistling throttle shaft

2150 Carb leaking/whistling throttle shaft
Hey guys,
The carb on my 351w seems to be leaking fuel from around where the throttle shaft comes out of the carb on the passenger side of the vehicle. I've been chasing vacuum leaks on this truck for a while and a new intake manifold gasket set seems to have done wonders to how the truck idles, but its still not quite right.
I can now hear whistling from the carb where I've never heard this before so I have to be getting close to fixing all the leaks. The whistling seems to be coming from the passenger side of the carb as well.
Is there anything I can do to repair this carb other than getting a reamer and putting new bushings in? Do we have any farm truck fixes that I can employ to get this pig running again?
