I'm looking into putting an overhead console in my '93 150 regular cab. I thought I read about someone doing this here some years back but cannot seem to find the thread. Anyone ever tried this> I *believe* the console was from an Explorer? TIA!
The DVD/aux in monitor combo failed in this truck.I picked up just a basic aux in to replace it with latter.I never had a use for the DVD player anywho.Though once in a blue moon I would toss something in on lunch break,I don't miss it.Anyway, the point is there are plenty of these kind of options out there too.
Makes hooking up to trailers a snap! Nice to be safe too.

I installed a overhead console in my 89 F250. I got it from a Bronco. Then few weeks later the compass/temp display went out. I found another one in a Explorer of the mid 90's range. I think both Bronco and Explorer are the same consoles mounting but not sure but electronics are the same.
