6.0 Injector question

6.0 Injector question
I got a 07 F250 6.0 with 2 injectors showing Circuit High. The injectors in question were the center 2 on the drivers side. I took out all 4 injectors and cleaned them up as far as taking the coils off and cleaning the shaft that slides as well as cleaning the nozzles and shot about a shot glass of cfoam through them with about 100psi of air behind it. I had good spray out of all of them after cleaning. I put new o rings on all 4 of the injectors and reinstalled. I put the 2 injectors in question as the first 2 from the front of the truck. Sure enough I get the circuit high code on those 2. I'm thinking I get these codes because the coils aren't sliding the little shaft over correct? All 4 seemed to have about the same resistance when sliding by hand. Do you think the coils are bad? Also I have good voltage on the ficm. Should I bite the bullet and buy 2 injectors or just the coils. Obviously I'm trying to save cost I just find it strange the 2 of them would be bad at the same time.
