Thank you everyone for the input. Coax99 was correct. After I did my injector o-ring check it took a long freaking time to get the air out (killed batteires 6 times to be exact). It fired up yesterday morning and I drove the crap out of it yesterday to make sure all was well. So its safe now to say the hpop did go bad.

For future reference. If you pressurize the oil rails with air, it's a REALLY good idea to fill them back up with oil before cranking. It will speed the process up greatly.
