Hello, I'm new to the forum I have a 1995 f250 7.3 with about 220k miles. Very well maintained oil changes done at every 5000 miles no check engine lights very clean well truck, I was driving my truck up to the gas station to fuel up for the week, the gas station is only 2 minutes from my house, started right up as usual no issues I go back home and backed it down the side of my house and now I'm having a cranking no start issue, there is slight white smoke when I try to crank it over and then at times sounds like it's wanting to start, the day it happened I noticed as I'm cranking I can see my rpm gauge slightly rising if I am to crank it long enough I can see my oil pressure rising. I tried plugging in the block heater not they I need it I live in Florida but I tried that anyways, my fuel heater is working and there are no blown fuses. Any ideas???
I'm not sure about the fuel pressure I need to get a gauge today and my oil pressure is perfect I'm not sure about the oil level in the hpop I'm going to be checking both today. I'm leaning more towards my ipr or my idm I just need another opinion what kind of fuel pressure should I be getting
could be fuel pump, clogged line, clogged fuel filter, FPR screen clogged, broken FPR spring, junk in FPR seat, broken shower head in tank with less than 1/4 tank of fuel
I took my fuel bowl out and took my fpr apart screen was actually clean and my tank is full and my fuel lines I thought were clogged so I took the line off and blasted it with air from my compressor no gung came out I'm gonna check my fuel pressure anyways and I'll let know what kind of pressure I'm getting
