Hello. I have an 05 f150 with 4.2 L V6 and 90 thousand miles that I just purchased. When I get it to around 60 and up to 70 when pressing on the gas pedal I am getting a whine it sounds like. It happens on cruise control, with overdrive off and on but stops when I stop pressing the pedal then it starts again when I press down but as soon as I get past 70 mph it goes away. I know I have a tensioner pulley that is making noise when its idle that needs replaced could this cause this issue? Or any ideas on how I can pinpoint this issue or any one had similar problems?
