When I was younger, I wanted a smooth firewall. So I tore the original out and replaced it. 10 years later I put an original back in and tore the not totally rotted floor out. Everything was done without bracing. 3 more years, I need to fix it right.
Hoping anyone with an original F-1 could give me exact measurements from the cab floor. I need passanger side and drivers side, jamb front to jamb back . Also passanger to driver jamb to jamb front, and jamb to jamb back. Just remember I have NO floor for refrence.
Your doors will give you that dimension. Measure the door, add in the gaps front and rear so that the door is evenly centered, and you have the correct spacing for the jambs.
As I was reading your post, I was thinking exactly what Charlie and Pete said. You can measure 5 different trucks and come up with 7 different measurements. You'll likely get better results if you build your cab to fit your doors. These trucks were never even close to built to the fit and finish of Lexus standards, but doing what you're doing, you certainly can improve greatly on the fit and finish over stock. I look at my cab and can see where they missed on welding the door opening framework together, and the doors will never fit evenly as is.
That idea was my plans if I couldnt get measurements. I guess the word "exact" may have been a little to tight of a tolerance. I was looking for a good place to start seeing as I have no other reference.

Just thought I would throw up some pics of my updated progress. I didn't want to fork out the cash for a pre-made floor that would need some tweaking to fit my cab. So I made my own floor.
I made everything as square as I could, and tacked in some bracing. Took some measurements, cut out a wood floor. Cut some shapes in the floor, bolted 2 identical pieces of plywood together with the new sheet metal in the middle.
Slowly used an air hammer with some modified bits. Finally, I had to leave the garage and go to a buddies place that had a sheet metal brake.

Looking good. Pretty impressive, actually. I think I would still want to fit the doors before getting too far ahead with the welding in process. The fit and finish aspect of the build quality of these trucks back then was pretty poor. The cabs were not necessarily square or the same on both sides. You have an opportunity to fix that. Keep us posted.
I have learned from years on this forum always listen to CharlieLED. Before i had a bead roller I used to do those with the cutout and pipe to make the beads. Nice work. I have also made small angle pieces and welded to strengthen flat metal floors.
