48 F4 door opening width

Hey fellas, finally got a chance to work on the donor cab yesterday and was going to put the bracing inside so I can cut the rotten floor out. I was taking measurements and found the passenger side door opening was different from the drivers side. I want to make sure the doors fit good before going through all the work to fix the floor knowing that it would be tough to fix later on. Both donor doors are rusted at the bottom hinge/ door area and don't really hang too well. I plan to take the good doors off my truck and put them on the donor cab to ensure proper fit. What I noticed after poking around was that the bottom of the door pilar has broken loose at the rocker panel. I guess where the floor? is welded to the rocker. Anyways just for gits and shiggles I put my comealong on and cranked the two pieces together where I think they should be. But not having a known good cab to measure I am unsure what the distance should be between the pilar area and the rearward side of the door opening. Just want to make sure now before I start cutting away. Any help would be most excellent.
