Is hoseclamp still around? It’s been a year lol. Would like to hear his results also. Been thinking it would be a great bump in towing performance.

Duuuuuude. The system worked great. My goal was to reduce regen frequency, it did exactly that. Even running water I could be doing long climbs and watch the particulate filter % drop all from spraying water. You’d save $20 in fuel on a days drive easy, but burn $20 of washer fluid. Lol. So I’ve went with a delete that finally worked for my truck. I’m running a different turbo, turbo piping, a few fuel system upgrades. My 450 friggin HONKS, and gets better mpg empty or loaded. I kept the methanol, going to use it in my ‘79 Lincoln continental. It’s undergoing a 4sp auto swap, then the forged 406 motor is getting a TorqStorn supercharger good for 750hp. It isn’t driven in the winter time so I can run 100% water to quench intake air temps so I won’t have to bother with intercooling.

Thats going to be fun! Did you try the water meth while deleted at all? I’ve been thinking about adding it strictly for long hard pulls to give me a bump in power and help keep egts in check. What turbo set up did you go with?

I did not bother deleted. It would help with temps for sure, even just spraying water. Running a Fleece Cheetah, AMDP turbo piping, EZ Lynk with PPEI tuning. The truck sounds like a DD16 Detroit under the hood. Beautiful turbo spooling. Exhaust is a 4” with two large mufflers and stock tail pipe. Don’t want extra attention. The setup flows a lot of air. You can’t have a big enough air filter with this setup.

LOL thanks! Hardest part is where to stop. TorqStorm makes a twin blower kit that will bolt up to my
351m400 block. Only need the bigger FI Holley efi kit, pulling the 406 and dropping in a 434 stroker built for a 1,000hp, coincidentally the hp taking for the twin blowers, and some. The E4OD, maybe I should do a c6 with a gear vendors overdrive instead. I can pick up a 460 block cheap, stroke to a 512, a single blower would be just lunacy., but there’s also a twin kit. Lol.

I don't think there's anything cheap about doing this one off Lincoln. If you are not beefing that E4OD up, you are probably going to have a problem sooner rather than later. I'd look into buying an aftermarket trans made for that extra power. Just MHO.

Remember the money bag...

It’s beefed up alright, the builder kept the 750hp ceiling in mind. It’s been a pain in the **** getting it done. It’s a huge trans to fit even into a 70’s Lincoln.,

How do you like the fleece turbo? I’ve been kicking around the idea of a turbo but I don’t know how “worth” it they really are with not adding dual fuelers or similar

Lower egt’s, sounds awesome lol, no loss of mpg and it makes excellent power where the stock 15/16 turbos drop off. Lowest power setting is a noticeable bump over stock, and I can fly up 7-8 degree hills WOT pulling 20,000lbs without exceeding 1,300f. Only limiter now is oil temps, but I have a cooler with triple fans to install that will help keep that in check. I’ll never slow down for anything but the highway patrol lol.

What cooler? I recently installed the bulletproof diesel one. It’s doing ok. Recovery is way faster.

No Limit kit. Their setup eliminates the water/oil kit but I’m keeping that as I also have the BPD oil/water cooler. I’m going to connect it through this filter adapter, and an in-line thermostat tuned to 215f activation. Mishimoto fan control set for 230f or whatever I like, and a manual override for the 1,500cfm of fans so I can keep them on if I like. Just need a few days to set it up. Thinking I’ll set it up this fall. No more defueling garbage.
