seriously, I hate rust and wouldn’t buy that, the frame is realitively easy to deal with, it’s all the fasteners and and misc parts that I wouldn’t want to deal with.
That's a rust free excursion if i ever saw one! I just spent the last 4 days under my excursion and let me tell you, what wasnt' covered in oil was covered in surface rust, thankfully nothing serious though. But it was everywhere. On the rockers on that one i didn't even see surface rust. Honestly it looked pretty damned good to me.
There's plenty of shops that will spray an undercoating on, which is the best solution in preservation. Get rid of the rust first, then undercoat. Most places should do everything for you though.
