The cable was disconnected under the hood at the coupler and was not reconnected and the hood was closed! My plan is to pull the grille if I can and see if I can get to it!
Yeah, as I recall, grill has to come off, you may have to unbolt the latch because the cable run is higher than access. Definetly doable without a lot of work,
