Tomorrow we're going to the FIL's to move his stair lift closer to the wall behind the chair and remove the hand rail. Should give him a bit more leg room.

Shouldn't be that hard to move now that it is in place..

Don't take them all out at once or the thing might slide down and you will have to muscle it back up... LOL

One bracket and foot on each step. Won't go anywhere.
Had he had the guy do it when he was there to reinstall the batteries and check it out I wouldn't have to go over.
His SIL will save him $40.
