Is that the name of the newer tough as nails Ford transmission I've got a 95 RV with a fuel injected 460 so I wanted something that would bolt up but I don't know about all the computers and whether they have to talk to each other or just the throttle positioning switch
It won't bolt up. EVERYTHING is different. The computer that runs a 460 won't shift a TorqShift, and a computer that shifts a TorqShift won't run a 460. You'll need to invent a computer that can work, and build a wiring harness. It would be a lot cheaper to scrap your RV and buy a brand new one than to try and put a TorqShift in your RV.

Yeah, you might be able to when US Shift gets their "Shift" together to support the 5R110. (but right now, they don't) Quick 6 Stand-Alone Transmission Control They also sell complete wiring harnesses.
But then you would probably have to change the engine to something that would bolt up to the 5R110........like a V-10, 6.0 or 6.4 diesel etc....How much money do you have to spend?

I am thinking I agree.......A LOT LOT cheaper
The E4OD I have came out of a 94 F450 with a service bed that routinely hauled a big trailer with a mini-excavator on it. (about 22,000lbs GCVW)
He ran it 180,000 miles before he had it rebuilt the first time! After that he pulled it to install a ZFS-5 5-speed trans. Only thing wrong was the front seal leak. Other than that it was fine.....I suppose you could put a ZF in your Moho, but then you'd be "pushing gears"!!
You're much better off just getting your E4OD rebuilt. An E4OD properly built is a good transmission.
