Unhappy Here We Go..............

Hey Ford Fam, I've been away from the forums for a long time sorry. I've been so buzy I mean Dizzy Bizzy but that is no excuse, I'm sorry. Now I need some help, ok I need a lot of help. I have'04 (Late)F-250 CC/LARIAT/FX4-T6 full syth. oil, SGII, EGR Delete,High Idle Mod,33" Cooper's,
Rancho 9000's,FTE forums and advice. I was running down a Texas highway at 70 mph when all of a sudden shut down. I mean like you turned the key off shut down. No bucking, stalling, no warning or sign of impending shut down just blah. All electronics are good, she'll crank all day long but will not attempt to turn over. I'm throwing a P2285 and a U0155. The ICP I know needs to be changed and the pig tail is new, I also installed a new IPR just in case and for preventative measure. All the instruments are working, the fuel cut off switch is getting power and was not tripped. Oil is good fuel is good and she'll crank all day long with new batteries just installed.
PLEASE, anybody with any fixes or ideas please respond, I'm almost to the point of selling her whole or pick and pull parting her out. I love this truck and I'm out of causes for this issue. I greatly appreciate any help and thank you in advance.

We’re gonna need some numbers from that scangauge icp and ipr while cranking for starters I would also check for ficm sync and volts to make sure you have what you need there but when it dies while driving i would be more looking at for a high pressure oil leak but with out numbers it’s going to be tough to help you. If a mod checks in here hopefully they will move your post to the 6.0 section so you can get more help those guys know their stuff. But they’re gonna need those numbers at a minimum.

Here are some numbers from my SGII, Also I do have oil filling my canister at a fast rate and draining quickly too. Fuel is flowing and fuel Pump appears to be working.
KOEO EXCEPT ICP=894 WHILE CRANKING, 0= KOEO
FMP=48.5 FP%=100% cranking 0=KOEO
FLP=11.5-12.0
SYNC=0
VOLT=12.2
IPR= 14.8
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it fill up with the cap off and someone else cranking? If not that's LPOP, not HPOP.
