my 1989 Ford F-250 5.8 liter manual keeps stalling while I'm driving. About two months ago it died on me and left me stranded. It had no symptoms before that just died. Ended up changing the coil first didn't work then replaced the module and started up. But now the problem was it was stalling while driving. It doesn't stall right away first the gas power is out and once I hit the brakes is when it finally dies out. Ended up having to replace the fuel filter and fuel pump also. Problem still occurring. Anybody have this problem before. Pleasseee

Reason: Forgot to put something
Is the ignition module in the distributor on this one?
I am of the mind to replace the coil, module and the PIP in the distributor as a preventive measure when you get to this point. Clean the shutter wheel in the distributor that triggers the PIP also.
I have some links to related threads but I don't have them with me. You could search with the username Subford and find most of them.
