44 foot toy hauler and ford trailer camera/tpms option

Anyone here with a 44 foot or so 5th wheel using the new ford factory rear camera system and TPMS system? Does it work? I have been hearing that the wiring is a little short and that it is made more for bumper pull trailers. If so hopefully Ford will make some changes. Gonna be in the market in a few years when I retire.

The wiring from the factory is probably short for your trailer. But there are extension cables available from Ford.

That is good to know about the extension cables I will have to try to track down a part number on that and see if I can work it into the deal when i make a purchase.

Im about to buy a 44 footer also. What did you do for the camera and tire pressure sensors? Did you do all 3 axles?

you will need the extension kit..my screen only has room for tandem axle...so not sure about 3 axle.

My display only has room for tandem axles also so I might as well skip that feature. As for the camera, where did you run the wire? What camera did you use and are you happy with the resolution and viewing angle?
Last but not least, are you using a tuner to pull?
