GEM Module questions
I had multiple failures all at once.. no speedometer, odometer, windshield wiper and dome light. I did not find any bad fuses and have found thru research that it most likely is GEM Module. My intent is to buy a used one and wanted to install myself but through research found out it must be re-programmed. So questions.. first can only the dealership do this ? Can I install new used part then drive it to dealership ? How long should the programming take ?

on my 99 ranger on the drivers side under hood is a relay and fuse bank,,,, besides the one inside cab,,,, kinda redundant but there are many items that are fused in cab and then secondary fuses or relays under the hood,,,,
