You can try getting new but I dont think you will find them at least for the doors IIRC.
You can be careful removing the moldings, remove what is left of the 2 sided tape from truck & molding and install new 2 sided tape and put the moldings back on.
If you do remove them and don't install them back on save them, as said I don't think you can get them any more and someone might be able to use them.

If you pull that trim off, be careful with it, you might be able to sell it. They do not make that style anymore. It looks like common trim till you look at how the center is silver, the outside is black. Most aftermarket trim is silver on the edges and black in the middle.
A trick on the 80's and 90's mustangs was to pull the trim off, peel the metal insert off the back, and then use normal trim adhesive to glue it back on the body. If you leave the metal insert on the back you can't get it to lay flat on the body.

Obsolete, no one has any of these 1985/86 onlymouldings NOS and the door mouldings with the TYPE 9 mirrors (as pictured) are unique.
Yours is in pretty lousy condition. I don't know if it can be restored or not, but I am like you, it doesn't look good and I would rather do something quick and easy to make the truck look better. I agree with the no trim at all idea or just take that off and get some generic aftermarket trim at the store if you need to cover something up on the body.
I glued mine back with gorilla glue and it stayed put until I leaned a piece of wood on my truck while it was jacked up and forgot to move it when I lowered it.
I ended up peeling it all off and tossing it, wish I had know it was a hot commodity I would have saved it.
