Hey all I just signed up I did a Google search and found some threads that lead back to the great people here on a problem I was having with my 390 flexplate, I have a 69 Ford F250 camper special 390 C6 trans I bought it from a guy that had it sitting in his drive way for 15 years the tires were date coded 1971 Hercules Hurcumile bias plys 80 percent rubber . It had a fomoco stamped trans filter ??? 60k original neglected miles everything was original on it I drove it 20 miles ran out of gas and it never started again lol AAA it home and it sat for 8 mo in my driveway till I did a big time Buget build it's on the road again .........
