Glad to be aboard
Just wanted to formally say hello and say how much I appreciate this site.
I currently own the following 67 - 72 F Series trucks:
68 F250 Camper Special - Lunar Green/Wimbelton White
72 F250 Camper Special Med Green Metallic (extraordinary survivor)
I have the option to purchase my past 69 F250 Camper Special - Cordova Copper/Wimbleton White (extraordinary survivor) back from my brother when I'm ready. I sold it to him since I couldn't get the two kids and wife in her.
My first vehicle I ever owned was a '69 F100 I purchased after high school (still going I understand). This one was replaced by the '69 F250 mentioned above (purchased a 10.5 ft slide-in camper). First vehicle I ever drove was my uncle's 68 Mercury M100 (loved that truck! - should have bought it!) which was his farm truck in Saskatchewan. Guess you could say I hold a special place for the 67 - 72 F Series.
Just sold my last 60's Jaguar XKE so I could devote more time to these great trucks. Hard to explain this to my Sports Car buddies. ;-) Hopefully they'll see the light :-)
