Stalling when coming to a stop

My 2009 Ford E-250 with the 4.6 stalls every now and then when coming to a stop. I’ve recently had the spark plugs and fuel filter changed as well as all the o2 sensors. I even changed out the Egr but no luck, still stalling after everything. Only codes it’s throwing now are P0442 and P0456. P0442 has been on for at least a year and P0456 has only recently come on. I’ve changed gas cap as well. What else can I do?

Time for a new IAC, luckily it's on the rear of the intake, easy to get with the doghouse off.

Thanks so much! Going to by part tonight and install it. Do I have to remove engine cover inside cab to access it or is it all under hood behind air intake?

It's on the back of the engine, you gotta remove the doghouse, it's top center, the silver part with the large hose that looks like it has a filter on it coming from the drivers side.

No, I have a power seat base that slides it back 3 feet and raises it up to the height of my wheelchair, I just retracted it back and sat in the floor, was leaning over and my leg pulled me out of the chair actually, so I just sat and finished the job, took the photo before getting back in the chair.
