These things are HUGE compared to the 39" KM3's that just came off of it. The 39x13.50r17 KM3's had an overall height of 38.5" where as the Toyo MT's in 40x13.50r17 measure out to a true 40" in overall height.
Long story short with the KM3's. I loved the way they looked on the truck, and IMO they are the perfect size for these trucks with 4.5" lifts, but they do not like being clamped down on true beadlock wheels. For over a year now I've dealt with balancing issues, so with little time and patience, I just bought a complete new set of wheels and tires which will allow me to sort out the issues. Once the KM3's were mounted on my old wheels and the beadlock rings are torqued down, they seem to smash the bead and cause the tire slightly deform which ended up making it out of round. They would balance perfectly fine on the balancing machine, but would shake like hell on the truck. I never had a single issue with the beadlocks and my previous set of Toyo MT's, which is why I went the with the MT's again.
Either way, I love the bigger tire and the contrast from the machined finish wheels this time around. I'll snap a few more pictures once I have time to get the truck all cleaned up.
EDIT - OH! And if you're in the Houston area, the only place you should ever go for anything related to wheels/tires is TireLink. It's rare nowadays to find such a well ran shop, full of honest and friendly guys. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles.

I also bought a matching 17" Raceline wheel and had one of my old 37x13.50r17 Toyo MT's mounted as a spare. I was able to deflate the tire and convince it up in between the hitch with a ratchet strap. I'll be adding on board air by either an electric air compressor or a PowerTank; just haven't decided what route I want to go with it yet.
