codes 33, 41, and 77

codes 33, 41, and 77
1988 5.0L 5spd manual, 211K miles
So I'm getting these codes.
I know the 77 was cuz I missed the "turn the steering wheel half a turn" window so I'm not concerned.
I know the 33 is the O2 sensor, and I can change that.
But the 41 is EGR valve or sensor. I know sometimes it's just the sensor and sometimes it's the valve itself, so is it best just to replace both or save the cash and replace one of them. But how to tell which ?
