I haven't had an problems with my prothane. but then again, I have v's up front so I have clearance. Prothane in the springs, half my body mounts, sway bar bushings, yadda yadda yadda.....
From centre of hub to fender lip I am 23.5" front (both sides exactly the same) and 26" rear (also both sides dead even).
Well put in the shackle lift and now the front is at 24-5/8" rear 26". It looks much better, and with the f250 KYB monomax the ride is all i could have hoped for. We shall see if it lasts!
I use 2" front spring hangers, dual front shocks, combined with Timbren's and V codes. This combination has provided excellent ride with additional support for my front end, while using my front receiver and winch. Probably not necessary for a daily driver, but when off road with a 10K trailer every additional support is worth it's weight in gold.
