7.5 misfire.

Hey y'all, I'm new here but I've joined out of necessity at this point. Ok so on my 1994 F350 7.5 I've had a misfire problem for the past year or so. I'll be sitting at a stoplight and the truck will will stutter almost like someone cycled the key quickly. It would normally do this once either stopped or driving and it's been really irritating. The idle would also pickup while sitting at a stoplight and the truck would surge forward. Fast forward to today, I get the 3G alternator conversion done and it charges like it should but this problem is greatly amplified. I had a starting problem and it was narrowed down to a bad hall effect sensor in the distributor, so I replaced the distributor, coil and ignition module. It won't throw a code so any ideas would be appreciated because I'm at a loss.

It could be normal tune up stuff like plugs and wires, but then it should also do it all the time then. Could be vacuum leak, idle control system etc.
