So my 85 f350 box truck has an A/C compressor still bolted on, but I want to completely remove it since I have already removed it from the belt setup. Does anyone know what I do with the coolant lines that go to it? One goes in to the bottom from the engine and another comes from the engine into one of the two canister looking things on the left side near my battery. Do I just plug them up or reroute one to the other port so it flows through? I'm guessing the purpose of those cooling lines were to cool the A/C compressor right?

No such thing as cooling lines for the compressor. These hoses (19837 / 19867 / 19972) are the A/C's refrigerant lines.
As Bill said they are part of the AC system.
1- that system should be under pressure!
2- it is against the law to just open the system and let the refrigerant out into the air!
Why do you want to remove it all? If the belt is off nothing is working just leave it there.
If you do want it off take the truck to a garage that does AC work and have them remove the refrigerant the right way.
Then you can do what ever you want with the rest of the system.
If you are never going to be using the system you can leave everything open, no need to plug opening.
If you will be reusing then plug them but also know some things will need to be replaced like the dryer.
