Here are the rims available for the 2015-2016 trucks. Might be same for 2011-2014. I only have copy of the 2015 and 2016 order guides.

Hard to tell from that pic but if its original grill then it looks like an 2005-2007 Harley edition
I count 8 spokes on that rim... not sure that that would be original

I was going to say it looks like an '05 - '07 also. Rims do not look stock for those years, but I'm not an expert either. And those are tough pics.
