Do you need a trailer brake controller? I have an aftermarket one the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 I think is the model. I got it a couple years ago for my F-150 so I could pull a big trailer with electric over hydraulic brakes pulling a JD Tractor. I now have a 2012 F-250 with built in brake controller so need for this one anymore.

No, I'm all set. Thank you though. What kind of JD were you pulling?

I gave my 2014 F150 Screw Ecoboost a good workout this past weekend. Pulled the Jeep on the trailer with all my camping gear to Hancock, NY from Ledyard, CT (about 4.5 hours each way). Lots of hills, but the truck liked sitting right between 65 and 70mph without any strain. It does get thirsty when it's working though. According to the computer I averaged 9.6mpg while towing.

Nice. My grandfather is an antique JD guy, and I am right there with him. Hoping to get into my own restoration one of these days.

Glad to hear that 3.5L is treating you well. I had an opportunity to get one, but ended up with the 2.7 instead.

I got my windows tinted and the liner done on the bed within the last couple weeks.

Very nice Josiah! lol I went to jiffy lube today with the van, about all I've done in awhile. It does need a tuneup though.
