Buzzing noise
I have a 2003 F350 with an issue that nobody seems to know the answer to. I have a buzzing noise in my dash around the instrument cluster and it will only quit when I apply my brake pedal or use my turn signals. Sounds like a bad relay of some type.

I’d try removing the plastic covers under the steering column, move the seat all the way back, start the engine, get on your back with a flashlight under the steering wheel, and see if you can pin point better where the noise is coming from. You can easily press the brake pedal to nake the noise stop and start to help locate it.
