lag

Do you know what the lag is on the high end? Usually when i stomp the gas pedal on my 2011 F-250 on the highway if responds and it roars. Lately i stomp on it and it dosnt respond like it use to and it also dosnt roar like it use to. Im not sure if it has to do with losing booster or what.

If you don't have a CEL or other problems, we all have a lag at the higher end. Low end is usually pretty good. I'm daily driving my truck and haven't towed yet. All vehicles do it. It's the delay caused by the PCM software since the throttle these days are now hooked into the software. I want to get one of BD Diesel's Throttle Sensitivity Boosters with the switch. That lag drives me nuts.
