swap questions
So I have a 97 F250 HD 4x4 351 E4OD that is tired. Have a line on a 94 F250 with a low mileage drivetrain 4x4 351 5 speed. I actually would prefer the 5 speed - is it a very intense deal since I would have the whole truck to swap the 5 speed and motor - I am assuming it can be done without too much modification. I am also assuming I would need to swap the PCM? Any other thoughts to consider? I can get the drivetrain and rest of truck really cheap.
