swap

i want to get rid of my 4R70w for a 5 speed the truck is 4x4 what all do i need to do the swap will my push butten t case work with a 5 speed trans

Look for a donor truck with your engine and 4x4, buy all the parts.

It would probably be simpler and cheaper to sell yours and buy another one with MT.
