Yep, and if you tune it, Both the needle AND the digital speedo still stop at 100mph. So even if you are way beyond 100mph, you have no idea how fast you are really going.
Interesting conversation, I have to admit, but thanks for chiming in folks!
But yeah, 106 would be a little better
Suppose you can still the Waze app, or they don't allow you to go that fast either, haha?

I hope forscan will delete it or let me raise it. traveling 85mph in AZ on the 10 or 8 is easy and common. safely passing jerkoffs if even better when you can blow past them. I frequently hit the governor here passing people. Tons of jerkoffs here like blocking you in and brake checking big trucks.

I've never seen anything in FORscan concerning the limiter.
It's definitely 96. I've kept it pegged there a few times and it just hangs out. It might hit 97 down a hill. This is verified throught the GPS on my radar detector.
Hahaha, man you nailed AZ driving life right on the dot!!! I live in Tempe

That was the plan, but changed things up and need to tow now instead. My F150 EcoBoost that I'm coming from is tuned and crazy fast, but I'm trying to act more like someone in their early 40's these days, lol

Mark's point about the driveshaft is very valid. Around here, max interstate speed is still 65mph so anyone hitting the governor is risking an arrest and loss of license.[/QUOTE

The Ducati video on the highway, If that was in California the cars in front of him wouldn't have even slowed him down, We are the only place that allows lane splitting I believe, even though they are only supposed to do it a 5 above the traffic speed, they don't I have had them fly past me at 50 mph faster than me.
