I have the OEM factory heavy duty rubber mats in my F250 when I took delivery. The drivers side clips in using the circular tabs on the floor. The passenger side mat does not have the hole for the clip but the floor has the clip. Am I missing something? The pass side moves all over the place when people are getting in and out and it has lost its shape because it’s always pushed up towards the firewall. PS I have the rubber floor, not carpeted. Thanks!!
Weird!! Mines the opposite. My truck does not have the floor clip on the passenger side but my weather tech liners have the receptacle for the clip! Oh well, the weather techs don't move AT ALL clip or no clip so it's not an issue, but that's strange.
I have a 2017 SD (with Carpet) and my passenger rubber mat does not have the holes or the post in the floor. Mine does have a cutout by the A-post for it not to slide around.. if you have pegs mounted sounds like the dealer put in the wrong mats..
NorEasterMA, how does your weather techs cover on the passenger side? I have a 1997 F-150 and they are great with full floor coverage on both driver and passenger sides. My wife bought a 2016 fusion and it was the first thing I bought to protect the floors. I was happy with all the mats except the passenger side - skimped on the floor coverage up underneath the dash area for front leg room. I went with a different manufacturer in the front for better coverage. I want to for my new 17 SD but I am leery about another set..
