new 351 heads
has anybody put aluminum heads in there 351w have been wondering about this because it seems like it would be worth while. About how much would a new set installed cost? and would it be worth it? thanks

Dollar for dollar the best money spent, especially since you already have MAF. Figure if you bought the heads at $1000 to $1400 (depending on what brand) and the cost of labor of about $400 (on the low side) plus the extras like gaskets (buy these yourself too), your in the neighborhood of $1500 to $2K depending on the cost of labor. Of coarse you could save a bundle by doing it yourself. :-)

95 cali Maf on 5.8L 96 MAF on all 5.8L (96 also last year for 5.8L in f-150, in f-250's until 97.)
90f150moneypit, Your thinkin of the 5.0L engine. 94 cali MAF and 95 up all had MAF on bronco and f-150 (non-lightening). All Lightenings had MAF, I believe.
