ive got an 04 super duty 6.0 and i was driving home and it was like someone turned the turbo off. wouldnt pull and was blowing smoke from the stacks. cleared up after a few seconds. about 15 min later did it again and i pushed the clutch in and reved it up and cleared. please help ive got a 5 hr trip next weekend.
battery and alternator test fine all fuses and relays are good. its a man trans so pulled it off and got it going. its the starter for sure but got to find fix for the turbo.
