55 F100 frame dimensions

My front frame horns are uneven. Have checked other dimensions. Not sure which side is high. Have truck leveled on a level shop floor. looking at another F250 frame and measurements I could find, it appears the top or upper measurement for the frame front bumper attachment point should be 2.5 to 2.75 inches lower than the middle truck frame height. ?? Does anyone have better specs??

How this helps. Looks like it's 2 3/4" drop .Good luck with your project.
