Does anybody know of a good "how to" for installing a parking break in a 9th gen (1992) f250? Mine has been disconnected since I bought the truck and I have no idea how they work, thanks.👍
It looks like there is a section of cable missing from the pedal. The two rear cables are still there and look to be fine. I need to dig into it some more to see what's going on on the inside. The seller told me he could never get it to work so I initially assumed something broke but I'm wondering if he just never tried to fix it.
Not to hijack this post. But, trying to get parking brake fixed on a friends 96 f250. Left rear cable was broke at the drum. Got the drum off. Looks like all the internal parts for the parking brake are missing. Suggestions on where I can get the internals? Haven’t looked at right side yet.
