Chasing my tail when it comes to the blower motor. I have narrowed it down to the fact that I do not have power to the left side of the blower motor relay (Pin 85).When I jumper the pin (simulate a working blower motor relay) the blower will work on all speeds like it should. I have included a screen shot of the manual which I have used to chase down the issue so far. It has led me to the words "repair circuit 296" but I cannot for the life of me figure out where in the book it says how to do that. HOW DO YOU REPAIR CIRCUIT 296 from step M3?
The factory service manual makes the assumption that it is being used by a trained technician. A trained technician would then refer to the EVTM to locate circuit 296 in the appropriate schematic and then use standard troubleshooting techniques to identify the fault and then make necessary repairs. You won't find the level of detail you're asking about in the manual, it's assumed that you have the basic skills to perform the diagnosis and repair.
I will point out that the diagnostic procedure you seem to be using is not for the 2006 E350, it's for something else. There is no "Circuit 296" in the subject vehicle's blower motor circuit.
